Welcome All. We opened our new space with a BANG on August 8th hosting the Official Release of the 2011 Indianapolis Colts Swimwear Calendar. We made a brief piece of History with the event being the only time all 32 Cheerleaders have been at one location for an event (other than on game day at Lucas Oil Stadium!).

The Studio is a purpose built location in the heart of Carmel and has a training room, cardio space, retail section with Indiana’s largest selection of Hard Tail Clothing including some unique pieces only available at Core Pilates.

The New Website is also now up and running and the biggest changes include the inclusion of on site schedules and class lists that will automatically update per day and week. This new feature should allow you to have all the information you need for booking and scheduling your sessions at your finger tips. Feel free to look around and explore the site.
