Sean Bartram B.Sc. (Hons), MBASES, PMA
British born Sean Bartram is head trainer and owner of Core Pilates and Fitness.
Sean came to the United States in 2002 to play professional soccer for the Indiana Blast having played soccer in Europe. He has worked and/or lived on 3 continents.
He holds a Bachelor of the Sciences degree in Leisure Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, and is a contributing member of the British Association of Sports and Exercises Science. He is one of very few Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certified instructors in the Midwest.
He has over 10 years of experience which includes professional athletics, personal training and Pilates. He has also been a master instructor for a Los Angeles based celebrity trainer whose clients include Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.

The program taught at Core Pilates and Fitness is Sean’s personal system of body conditioning. This program has been developed and constructed over years of experience as an instructor and professional athlete and is designed to get the best and most effective results possible for your body. This system has benefited athletes from MLB, NFL, MLS and IRL and allows Sean to part host International teacher training in London, England, with renowned fitness expert James D’Silva whose current clients include Sting and Bruce Springsteen.
Sean is the Head Trainer to the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders taking them through carefully designed and constructed cardiovascular, strength an flexibility workouts and is very proud to partner with an organization as illustrious as the Indianapolis Colts.
Sean is sponsored by and represents Canterbury of New Zealand and has introduced its product line to many athletes in the Midwest. Core Pilates and Fitness employees and staff only wear CCC branded apparel.

Erin Bell
Erin is an Indianapolis Colts Cheerleader. Erin has been dancing since the age of five. She attended Ballet Internationale, a professional ballet company in Indianapolis, for 5 years. She studied under numerous principle and professional ballerinas. With this experience, she was able to perform in many of the professional ballet productions, including the Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Cinderella, A Midsummer Nights Dream, and many more. While at Ballet Internationale, Erin studied Russian ballet, pointe, modern, and character.The next big dance step that Erin was a part of was joining the Gregory Hancock Student Company. She was in the company for three years, which involved performing many different numbers throughout the year and participating in Gregory Hancock Dance Theater’s professional productions. In Addition to dancing since a young age, during high school, she was a high jumper and hurdler for Carmel High School, where she graduated in 2006. She also participated as a member of the Colorguard and was a flag, rifle, saber, and soloist dancer. Erin was privileged enough to win a State Championship and a National Championship with the Colorgaurd.
Erin is a recent graduate from Indiana University with a B.Sc in Biology, Erin is very excited to be a part of the Core Pilates team and very excited to be teaching classes! Go Colts! Erin is available for private instruction and is also the instructor of Core Pilates Ballet Barre Class and TRX Suspension Training Classes.
