James D'Silva - Bombay Gymkhana, London
Pilates was an integral part of James' training at Ballet and Contemporary Dance School. After a successful career in performing, teaching and choreography, James moved his attention to Pilates, Gyrotonic and Yoga. Amalgamating these disciplines and his years of training he has developed a very distinctive way of working out.His classes work on form, breath, flow and the dynamics of movement, catering for all age groups and abilities. “Movement never lies” is a phrase that has stayed with me all through my dancing days and now my time teaching in the studio. James is renowned world wide for his expertise in Pilates and Yoga and will soon release a series of DVD’s starring Trudie Styler and featuring the music of Sting. Sean Gray
Sean Gray has been client at Core Pilates and Fitness for 7 years and is an inspiration to all the clients at the studio. Sean boasts of art shows at the Indianapolis Art Center, Starbucks, Conner Prairie and Artifacts. Sean was diagnosed with Autism at age 11 and graduated from Westfield High School in 2004. Sean began working in clay in 2003 and in 2005 was awarded the Best in Beginners Award at the Indianapolis Art Center Student Show. Sean’s work can be found on display throughout the city, including, Community North Hospital and Core Pilates and Fitness.
