Each new client is welcomed with a complimentary introductory session. This allows us to evaluate and personalize the best and safest approach to meeting your unique work out goals.
Each program is designed to be unique to you and will be a total body workout. Programs are designed in partnership with you, to achieve physical and mental strength, improve well being, and to maintain effective results.
We limit our classes to a maximum of 3 clients in order to give you the attention necessary to maximize your exercise time.
The Training
The program taught at Core Pilates and Fitness is an innovative evolution of the mind-body system instructed by Joseph H. Pilates.
