Core Pilates and Fitness offers a range of different yet complimentary training styles. Our primary styles of training are custom reformer classes and TRX suspension training. In addition we offer cardio and group fitness classes including, dance, high intensity interval training, plyometrics, ballet barre and Anusara Yoga.
